Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts for our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted tax advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs while growing the TurboTax client base in the local community. Role involves hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment.

Competenze

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work onsite.

Mansioni

  • Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
  • Complete tax returns from simple to complex scenarios.
  • Conduct discovery and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
  • Deliver clear, personalized tax guidance in everyday language.
  • Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax customer base.
