Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will help customers with in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor in the community.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate on marketing efforts, and provide a high-quality customer experience. The role is non-exempt, requires weekend hours, and offers competitive compensation,

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with prospects and turning them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
• Interact with customers on-site and via Intuit tools, supporting marketing and community outreach.
