Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will deliver in-person tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships in your community.

Roles emphasize customer service, marketing collaboration, and a strong on-site presence with flexible hours to support busy tax seasons. A proactive ambassador mindset and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
