Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clear, personalized guidance. You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, establish long-term relationships, and represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts while offering a strong

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine client focus.
Interact with customers in-person and through Intuit’s video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
