Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios with clear, personalized guidance. On-site, non-exempt, part of a collaborative team, you’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and represent TurboTax as a trusted advisor while

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver professional, personalized tax service and clear explanations to clients.
