Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, guiding customers through their unique tax situations with clear, everyday language. You will act as a community ambassador, attract new clients, foster long-term relationships, and leverage marketing resources to grow TurboTax’s presence locally while delivering

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week; weekends may be required.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist with tax calculations, planning, and software support.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person.
