Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide tax guidance, and support software use to help clients navigate their tax needs.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and contribute to a trusted, long-term client base while representing TurboTax in the community and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with the local community and converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients maximize refunds while offering future tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and use available tools to support community outreach.
