Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will assist in-person customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, applying tax knowledge in plain language to fit each client’s situation. You’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base, collaborate with marketing, and help develop a thriving business while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation of 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as a trusted community ambassador.
• Provide tax expertise and complete preparations for customers.
