Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers with in-person tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax software. You will be part of a collaborative team of financial experts, growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hrs/week or more.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future tax strategies.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
