Floor & Decor in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Design Consultant to engage customers on the sales floor and support their tile, wood, stone and accessory design needs. You will partner with store leaders to maximize sales and expand the design services brand.

The role requires 1+ year of retail/customer service, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. You’ll greet customers, schedule appointments, and guide clients from inquiry to installation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• This role requires 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Internal candidates a minimum of 6 months with Floor & Decor.

Responsabilidades

• Greet store customers and support design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through networking and referrals.
• Advise homeowners, interior designers, and builders on tile, wood, stone and accessories.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with accuracy, timeliness and clear communication.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation.
• Support company initiatives and coaching best practices with staff.
• Utilize design applications such as Salesforce, Online Design Scheduler, and MyProject.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
