Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Design Consultant to engage customers on the sales floor and lead design appointments for tile, wood, stone, and accessories. You will partner with store leaders to drive design services and sales goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service, basic math and MS Office skills, and a self-motivated, multi-tasking mindset in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail/customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support on design walk-ins.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele via networking and referrals.
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessory guidance for residential and commercial projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional, aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with timely communication and accurate updates.
