Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Design Consultant to engage customers on the sales floor and lead design appointments for tile, wood, stone, and accessories.

You will partner with store leaders to meet sales goals and expand the design services brand. This role is entry-level, requiring 1+ years in retail, a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail/customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet store customers and support design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through referrals.
• Advise homeowners, interior designers, and builders on tile, wood, stone, and accessories.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with accuracy, timeliness and follow-up.
