Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent at our Barboursville store to assist customers with technology support and solutions. You will assess needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

Responsibilities include helping customers during check-in and checkout, explaining next steps, and guiding decisions on repair or replacement. Training is provided to grow your skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
