Best Buy in Indianapolis is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to provide technology support and solutions for customers at our local store. In this role, you’ll offer timely and positive service during the check-in and checkout process while assisting customers with device setup and repair decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 months of experience in retail or customer service and be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
