Job summary
Apple Inc. is seeking a Technical Specialist at our Westlake store to deliver expert troubleshooting and outstanding customer service for Apple products and software.
You’ll diagnose issues, guide repairs, and help customers understand options to get the most from their devices. You’ll work with a friendly team, stay current on Apple products and repair processes, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performance environment.
Qualifications
- Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Demonstrate technical expertise of Apple products and services.
- Navigate customer service issues with care and strong interpersonal skills.
- Continuously learn about Apple products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Apple hardware and software.
- Educate customers on repair options and product capabilities.
- Deliver exceptional service and empower customers to get the most from Apple products.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
- Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and promoting Apple values.
