Victra, Verizon's premier retailer, is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in our stores. You'll work with teammates to support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests with what matters most.

Responsibilities include assisting with account reviews, merchandising, and handling customer queries during busy times, while maintaining store cleanliness and a positive, energetic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
