Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in one of our retail stores. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and help connect guests with the right phones and plans.

You will contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment and be the face of Victra. The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and previous customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support sales processes and drive customer satisfaction in-store.
• Assist with merchandising, store cleanliness and store operations.
• Provide product knowledge and answer guest questions to recommend solutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction to create a positive experience.
• Help guests connect with the right products and services for their needs.
