Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, training you to confidently recommend tech products and services tailored to each customer’s needs. If you’re passionate about sales or helping people, this role is a great fit.

You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and support in-store pickup and curbside orders while staying knowledgeable and prepared through ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
