Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate who will be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You will be trained to confidently recommend solutions tailored to each customer’s needs, and you’ll participate in product demos and friendly, helpful service throughout the store.

You will handle cashier duties, support in-store pickups and maintain knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
