Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and guide purchases with friendly service.

The role includes cashier duties, maintaining a tidy sales floor, and supporting in-store and curbside pickup. A minimum of 3 months retail experience and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations to meet customers' needs.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
