Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech products and services. You’ll learn and apply product knowledge, demo solutions, and recommend options to meet individual needs.

You’ll greet customers warmly, handle cashier duties, and assist with in-store and curbside pickups while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and ongoing personal development.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
