Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services to meet their needs. You will perform product demos, answer questions, and make recommendations that fit each customer.

You’ll also handle cashier duties, assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders, and stay current through ongoing training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
