Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. We provide training to empower you to recommend options that meet each customer’s unique needs and grow with the team.

You’ll welcome shoppers, demonstrate products, assist with purchases and returns, and ensure the floor is clean and well stocked. A friendly, proactive attitude will help you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
