Job summary

Best Buy, a leading electronics retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. You’ll demo products, answer questions, handle purchases, returns and exchanges, and stay updated through ongoing training.

The role supports in-store pickup and curbside orders, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
