Comcast is seeking a retail sales associate to engage customers in-store, assess their product needs, and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle.

You will deliver outstanding service, help customers interpret account statements, process payments, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products, with opportunities for uncapped commissions and a competitive base pay.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with comprehensive training and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Generally, requires 2-5 years related experience; prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience.
• Ability to work a full time, flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s). Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store to assess product needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer questions on current or new services; adjust account data and promote upgrades.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
