Dear U (The Bubble) seeks a hands-on In-Store/Retail Store Tech Operation Specialist to manage technology infrastructure at the New York flagship. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate store tech, including networks, displays, embedded readers, audio, and event equipment.

The role requires working onsite in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and activations. Prior experience with live events and vendor coordination is highly valued.

Qualificações

• 2-3+ years of experience in IT support, technical operations, network support, AV technology, retail technology, or related hands-on technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, peripherals, network connectivity, and connected devices.
• Experience with digital displays, kiosks, card readers/payment hardware, audio equipment, or similar commercial tech preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and troubleshoot store IT and network environment including wired/wireless connectivity, routers, switches, APs, and devices.
• Support computers, tablets, kiosks, printers, scanners, and other tech used by staff and guests.
• Maintain digital display equipment, monitors, media players, and related connectivity issues.
• Support payment hardware like card readers and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Set up, test, and operate audio equipment for daily operations and events.
• Provide on-site support for in-store events, activations, and performances.
• Perform pre-event checks to ensure devices and networks function properly.
• Escalate and coordinate with internal teams, HQ, and vendors for repairs and updates.
• Maintain documentation and inventory of store IT assets and configurations.
