You will learn on the job, assist customers, demonstrate devices, and build relationships while developing skills for future Mobile Expert advancement. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate.
• Competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey online, via Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor device and service solutions.
• Handle service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
• Explain how coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood and the LTE network.
• Explain why T-Mobile plans help customers stay connected and achieve more.
• Complete training on in-store experience, skills and processes.
• Learn about wireless innovations and knowledge between customers.
• Own the customer experience and resolve issues to create a smooth process.
• Identify small business leads and support team initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive environment.
