Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services that fit their needs. You will be trained to confidently recommend solutions and support customers throughout their shopping experience.

Key duties include welcoming customers, demonstrating products, handling cashier tasks, staying knowledgeable through ongoing training, keeping the sales floor organized, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Qualifications

• Three months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
