Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers with a friendly approach and confidently recommend tech products and services. You’ll perform product demos, answer questions and guide shoppers across departments to meet their needs.

Additionally, you’ll handle cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges, and maintain knowledge through ongoing training. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
