Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. We provide training to confidently recommend solutions tailored to each person’s needs and encourage a passion for helping others.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and contribute to a well-organized, welcoming shopping environment with supporting in-store pickup options.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions and recommend items to meet customer needs across departments.
• Process cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
