Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the company in our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll receive training to confidently recommend solutions tailored to each customer’s needs while supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, processing purchases, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickups.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
