Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech products and services. We’ll train you to confidently recommend solutions that fit each customer’s needs, with a passion for sales and helping people.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, complete cashier transactions, and assist with in-store and curbside pickups. A 3-month retail or fast-paced background and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
