Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services that meet their needs. You’ll train to confidently recommend solutions and support customers through purchases and returns.

You’ll conduct product demonstrations, answer questions across departments, and assist with in-store pickup and curbside orders while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor. This role emphasizes friendly service and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
