Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, training you to confidently recommend tech products and services tailored to each customer. You’ll join a team that values friendly, helpful service across departments and ongoing learning.

In this role you’ll perform product demos, assist with in-store and curbside pickups, and handle cashier duties while ensuring the sales floor is well stocked.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
