Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select the right tech products and services. You’ll learn product knowledge and confidently recommend items that meet individual needs, with a passion for sales or helping people driving your performance.

In this role you’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and support curbside and in-store pickups, while maintaining a well-stocked, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
