Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll gain training to confidently recommend solutions and support every customer’s needs.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, perform cashier duties, and assist with curbside and in-store pickups while staying knowledgeable through ongoing learning and development. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand needs.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions to match customer requirements.
• Handle cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through ongoing training and development.
• Keep the sales floor organized and stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
