Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations while building a local client base and community presence. As a non-exempt on-site role, you’ll engage daily with customers, conduct outreach, and contribute to the growth of TurboTax services in your community, using Intuit marketing tools

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• PTIN required to file taxes
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with clients
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools
