Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, helping customers with tax preparation and software support while building local client relationships.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide hands-on tax advice, grow the TurboTax client base with community outreach, and connect with customers using Intuit’s tools and guidance. This non-exempt, onsite role requires weekend availability.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a personable approach.
• Assist clients with tax planning, deductions optimization, and future tax considerations.
• Collaborate with marketing and TurboTax resources to grow the local client base.
