Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and fostering ongoing relationships.

The role emphasizes community outreach, handling diverse tax situations, and delivering a superior customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN on file as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Interest in building local online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine client focus.
