Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building lasting local relationships and driving client growth. The role emphasizes community engagement, exemplary service, and the ability to explain tax concepts in everyday language.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state tax returns per season.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite 20 hours per week, including weekends.
• Resident of the United States with eligible state licenses or permits.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimise refunds.
• Build a local client base through community outreach and personalized service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools and resources.
