Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, helping them optimize refunds and manage tax planning in everyday language.

This non-exempt, onsite role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and building trusted relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a busy retail setting.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships in a front-facing retail environment.
