Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with in‑person tax preparation at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You’ll combine tax expertise with community engagement to grow a local client base while delivering accurate tax solutions in everyday language. The role is on‑site, non‑exempt, part‑time (minimum 20 hours/week) in California, with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build local clientele.
• Engage in local marketing and community presence to grow the business.

Skills
