Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and client advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will assist customers in-person, provide tax expertise, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement. The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, personalized service, and building lasting client relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax knowledge.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (1040s).
• Circular 230 familiarity and compliance.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location (20+ hours/week).
• Interest in building local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond basic filing.
• Must wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow clientele.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Use tax resources and CRM tools to deliver personalized guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust.
