Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex filings while delivering a friendly, professional experience. The role emphasizes local community outreach, building a client base, and loyalty through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support, using personalized language for clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Help grow TurboTax client base in local communities through outreach and client relationship building.
