Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full tax preparation for consumer and business clients at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will act as the primary contact, delivering tax strategy, planning, and software support while building long-term relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local marketing, and serving as a trusted guide through complex tax scenarios, including personal and business

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30+ returns per year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Develop tax strategies and planning using government resources and Intuit tools.
• Expand services to include bookkeeping and payroll when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and via Intuit video tools.
