Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax prep, advice, and software support, while building local relationships and attracting new clients. As a trusted advisor, you will help customers navigate complex tax situations, maximize refunds, and grow your client base through community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds obtainable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns (30+ federal/state) per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 provisions.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Interest in local online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and planning opportunities.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team guidance.
• Grow the local client base through community engagement and marketing support.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional conduct on-site.
