Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Experts team, working on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships in the community. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required.
• Must have or be able to obtain related state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, including Sundays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
