Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts across the United States. You will work in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, providing hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person.

You will build relationships, grow TurboTax’s client base in your community, and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season via professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week; potential hours vary.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Create a positive customer experience and help build long-term client relationships.
