Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering full service tax return preparation and tax guidance to customers in person. As part of a collaborative team, you will build relationships, grow the local client base, and participate in marketing efforts while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and represent in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and future planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.

Skills
