Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will perform hands-on tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support clients in a friendly, professional retail setting.

You will also act as a local ambassador, grow the client base, and drive loyalty through proactive outreach and community engagement, leveraging Intuit marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted professional license (EA/CPA/ATT) preferred.
• PTIN in good standing required to file tax returns.
• Ability to work onsite in a TurboTax retail location and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local TurboTax presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
